The focus is on sharing high quality knowledge about the following topics
“Nutrition during pregnancy”
“Baby’s first spoon – nutrition for nursing mothers and complementary food age” and
“Now I eat with the grown-ups – eating right for 1-3 year-olds”
Trained dietitians, nutritionists or midwives guide the participants (pregnant women and young parents) through the workshops, provide them with the newest scientific results from AGES (Agency for Health and Food Safety) studies and explain which points should be considered in particular during pregnancy, when adding complementary food or for nutrition for infants.
The free three-hour workshops are held in regular intervals throughout Lower Austria.
